If you are the liquidator of a succession, you must file the deceased's income tax return for the year of death, using the tax forms for that year. You must specify that it is the income tax return of a deceased person. Complete the return and send it to Revenu Québec along with the first instalment, no later than the deadline for filing the income tax return.
